By signing the membership contract, you agree to the following terms conditions, and policies:
To be in Good Standing members will additionally "support" GTG’s Big 3 events; Golf, Sear Sucker & Black Friday. And attend General Body meetings once a quarter.
You can store cigars and any other products so long as they do not violate any Federal, State, or local laws or endanger others or their belongings. GTG reserves the right to suspend access to any locker for 30 days due to non-payment. If -non-payment exceeds 60 days, GTG reserves the right to seize the contents of the locker and terminate membership. GTG reserves the right to refuse service and/or lounge access to any person.
By signing the waiver, release, and indemnification agreement, you agree to the following:
I recognize that there are certain risks inherent in the various activities at GTG, including the risks associated with smoking and I freely assume all risks, including unforeseen or unexpected risks.
I waive all claims for my heirs and myself; I agree not to sue GTG and further agree to release and hold harmless GTG from and against all actions, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, and expenses including attorney.
